Who Can Use IntelliTrack

The Employee Website Tracker Chrome Extension is intended solely for organizations using the IntelliTrack workforce management platform. The extension is not intended for personal or consumer use. Installation and configuration are managed by authorized administrators.

The Employee Website Tracker Chrome Extension is intended for use by organizations that have authorized its deployment on organization-managed devices. Organizations are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable employment, privacy, and data protection laws.

The local agent processes website activity and securely synchronizes authorized information with the IntelliTrack platform according to the organization's configuration.

The extension requests only the permissions necessary to provide its documented functionality. No permissions are used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or unrelated data collection.

7. Data Sharing

JetSmart IT Services LLP does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize any information collected through the Employee Website Tracker Chrome Extension or IntelliTrack.

We do not sell, rent, or use collected information for advertising, marketing, or profiling unrelated to workforce productivity and management.

Information may be shared only under the following circumstances:

With the organization that has deployed IntelliTrack for its employees.
With authorized administrators who have permission to manage workforce monitoring.
With trusted cloud infrastructure providers solely for hosting, backup, and service delivery.
When required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

Strict Prohibition: We strictly prohibit selling user data to third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing platforms under any circumstances.
